These items will help my students in ensuring that they have all the necessary items when coming into class. Many of my students cannot afford supplies for school so my goal is to take that worry away from them. They worry about so much already and I don't want school to contribute to that. Being able to provide the basics such as notebooks and pencils doesn't always seem like a big deal but to them can mean so much. Another thing that we use a lot in the class is markers. I have all my students up on the boards at the same time doing problems. This helps them become engaged in what they are learning and have fun along the way.
