With these materials, all my students will become self-guided learners. Our district's curriculum requires that students analyze complex text, in both print and video format. Rather than playing a single instructional video for the class on my computer, with these headsets, students can listen to multiple video texts and make annotations at their own pace. As an arts integration school, students learn with visual art, drama, dance, music and media. Headsets with the microphone feature will enable our community to produce podcasts and record film and videos efficiently. The addition of headsets will maximize the use of student Chromebooks and put learning in the hands of students.
