My scholars and I would really appreciate your help in providing a beautiful gathering/reading area. I want the reading center to be welcoming and inviting. We promise to make good use of the items on our list. Know that your generosity will motivate and encourage them to develop a love for reading! It will only add to the excitement of our "Reading Cafe" days. Reading Cafe days are hosted biweekly. Students are encouraged to bring a reading buddy (stuffed animal), a blanket, and a good book. I provide hot chocolate and soft jazz music. Reading Cafe day is something that all of my scholars look forward to. A fresh, new carpet would definitely add to the ambiance!
