Regular reading helps middle age readers to increase their vocabulary, improve their reading comprehension, strengthen their writing skills, sharpen their critical thinking, and deepen their empathy and social emotional learning. Helping students to develop healthy lifelong reading habits and igniting their passion for reading is all about getting the right book to fit a student's unique interests. Students bring to their reading a rich diversity of interests and tastes, so an effective classroom library has to have a wide variety of books to capture and sustain students' passion for reading. Thank you for helping inspire our students to grow as readers and human beings.
