After learning virtually for so long, my students are loving the experience of hands-on cooking. We are in need of air fryers to expand the variety of foods we are able to make. Students are eager to cook various foods from different backgrounds and cultures. It is my hope that the air fryers will allow students to build on the knowledge they have already learned while cooking in class. The fryers will help them learn how to cook pizza, cupcakes, French toast, omelets, and many other delicious foods.

About my class
