Calculators will be passed out to students who struggle at math. The calculators are used to increase students' confidence by allowing them to use the calculator so they can become proficient and navigate without shutting down because they are overwhelmed with problems that require multiple steps. A calculator is a great tool to help students move forward and build their confidence and motivate the students. Many students shut down when they are overwhelmed, and this would be a great tool so I can teach all the students the same calculator.
