The camera and editing software will allow my students to create stories that interest them and the students of our school. My students will benefit from this broadcast media experience through multiple modalities-from creating content for the show, building sets, writing stories and interviews, editing and creating digital media and interviewing and learning how to operate new technology my students will be engaged. The stakes are high for the students, as the scripts they write, the graphics they design and the movies they edit are not merely “turned in” to a teacher, but are published to a wide and meaningful audience at our school.

About my class
