Technology is a great addition and supplement to both reading and math curriculum. The use of technology is so important for students growing up in this generation. In my class of 19 students I only have one computer available for them to work on. In my learning center approach to teaching through small groups a technology center is very important. I have many resources that students could use (Lexia, AR, MobyMax), but I do not have the equipment that works for students to be able to use these resources. With more technology my students can be further enriched and I will also be able to supplement the curriculum as needed.
