The library is a place to read and develop a love for reading. The students' eyes light up and their faces beam with excitement when they can finally read a book all by themselves. After all, between the pages of a book is a lovely place to be! Using the Hot Dot pens, students will be able to learn and practice their phonics skills. They will also be able to begin reading independently. This is a huge deal for our emergent readers. With enough pens for each child in a class to have their own, I will be able to sanitize them between classes for them to be handled safely. The Brawny paper towels help us wipe down our tables and supplies between classes to keep the germs away!
