The materials I selected will help transform my classroom for my students. This is my first classroom and I'm excited to provide my students with flexible seating during learning and silent reading. These students have been waiting for me since August! They are excited to see how we will transform their classroom. We have discussed how we want the classroom to feel and look. I have told them that they would be involved in the process. I know how important the sense of ownership is while collaborating with community. These items will give my students the ability to collaborate and provide a positive learning environment for my many diverse learners.
