This project is designed to create opportunities for children to develop physically using large muscles and learning the coordination of bicycle riding. It will additionally provide a platform for children to engage with each other as they attempt new skills and then share them with peers. Bicycle riding is a lifelong skill that builds developmental skills and provides children with a means to engage in an experience that can be used into the future to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. By providing the opportunity to learn this skill in a safe, nurturing environment, we are assuring children are given opportunities to grow in a way that may not be available to them in their community.

About my class
