This culinary classroom library will help inspire my students to create and learn about different foods, techniques, cultures, and flavor combinations. These are the best books to get my students from pretty good chefs to really great chefs. We need these materials to do and become better. These specific books will help us incorporate literacy, science, art, and mathematics into our program. Culinary arts has a unique way of opening up different worlds for students and helping them understand complexities in a really exciting way. We are planning on exploring the books as a class and learning all of the techniques available to us. A classroom set of "Salt, Fat, Acid, & Heat" is included so that we can all learn from this book together. We are going to focus on the four most important elements listed in the book so that we can make our program shine. Our students will be better prepared to go into the industry and create amazing food because of this classroom library.
