Our A-tech students need keyboard pianos to enhance their exploration of music. The music program at our school is designed as a comprehensive, standards based course of study that will allow students to become musically literate. Music education helps our students express their creativity, interpret meaning and learn a valuable discipline. Through music, students increase their awareness of rich diverse cultures, beliefs, and global societies. The course study will provide a comprehensive framework for music. The framework will contain what students should know and be able to do with instruction at each grade level or from a specific course. Content and skills are not limited to particular materials or methodology but can be delivered through multiple approaches and supplies. Music classes are indispensable by offering many benefits to our students. Performance programs enhance a student's sense of self, builds imagination and intellectual curiosity, increases coordination and dexterity, and musical training helps develop language and reasoning. Students become part of the community of musicians, succeed academically and gain a sense of achievement. Your donation will allow us to design a complete music lab with 30 keyboards, stands, and headphones to greatly contribute to our student’s intellectual, cultural and musical development.
