When our students are hungry, it is often difficult for them to engage in class learning and work. These snacks are never used as reward and it can be accessed by any student in the school. It could be someone who forgot a snack, did not eat much for breakfast or lunch, or just need a little snack for their hungry brains and bellies. One of the easiest things we can do for our students is to provide them with nutritious foods to grow their brains to help them be successful both in and out of the classroom. Our kiddos work hard, and at times need a 'pick me up" snack to keep their momentum going. Having healthy fuel gives them the stamina to work though challenging work.
