Yoga will provide my students with physical skills that will enhance their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Showing and demonstrating the different yoga movements will allow my students to learn how to focus and remain calm throughout the day. If a student has a bad day, I’m hoping they will channel their inner self and reflect and use the breathing techniques to think before they speak. Yoga is a great way to stay balanced and healthy. It promotes using your inner self to promote your outer strength. Namaste.
