These materials will benefit my children by bringing more access to reading and listening comprehension skills. Students can independently read books and listen with enjoyment, gaining a lifelong love of reading. The listening station will become an exciting part of our small groups time, having the ability to select a favorite book and read along as a reader reads to them. This station will give students a more personalized approach to learning, having the ability to read along at their own pace with more leveled appropriate books. I believe this center to create students who are passionate and critical thinking readers.
