Technology is a wonderful way to help teach ideas and concepts as well as let students explore and research to grow their own passions! Long gone are the days of sitting at a desk and listening to a teacher teach! Our classroom is student-focused and student-centered, and when the students get an opportunity to pick their favorite spot in the room, lean up against a pillow and work, they are so much more excited to learn! Please help us create this environment with these lap desks. Our goal is to create a classroom environment where the students will be able to create a lifetime love of reading. With these lap desks, students will be able to be more comfortable by choosing their favorite desk, finding their favorite spot in the room, and relaxing and opening their minds and hearts to a whole new world in a book, on a Chromebook, or even writing a paper. Thank you so much for your help in making our dream a reality!
