I have carefully chosen this kit because it will allow my students the opportunity to conduct lots of fascinating experiments—and explore the scientific process in action! The tubs include 8 experiment cards that involve activities based on national science standards. In addition, they include the necessary materials to complete each experiment and explore concepts in depth—from microscopes, pulleys and 3-D models to fun flip books, vocabulary cards and full-color charts that make key concepts easy to grasp! Each tub includes a guide with reproducibles, extension ideas and more. In 26 years of teaching experience, I have found that students are more engaged in learning with hands-on experience.
