I have taught for many years but I still feel that I can improve and have so much to learn. My goal is to become a better teacher. The Ron Clark Academy has achieved success in educating students of various socio-economic and academic backgrounds. I hope this professional development will equip me with the tools to motivate, engage, and help my students master the content I teach. Educating students is a great responsibility that I don't take lightly. I realize the importance of what I do. I want my students to leave my class motivated, inspired, and more prepared for their next chapter.
