These books will allow my students to discover themes such as survival, divorce, environmentalism, and perseverance! We will be using this novel study to also bring forth important social and environmental issues such as climate change, divorce and others. This novel study will push my students to think critically about literature and connect it to their own lives. These books will make a huge difference in my kids learning, as currently our school does not have any novel studies to chose from. I believe that novels bring forth important topics through complex narratives and my students deserve to be challenged. Thanks, H
