The most important thing for anyone doing strenuous work or activity, is being comfortable and relaxed. Most of the time, when you are comfortable and warm, it allows for the maximum output from the individual doing the task or activity.
The compression thermal wear that I have requested will be used as a base under layer for student-athletes to wear while they are training and competing during the cold and inclement weather.
Most of my student athletes come from low-to moderate income families, in which participating in Cross Country Track, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field, has given them confidence inside their classrooms which has improved their academics as well as their social emotional development.
Last but not least, this will give all students a chance to compete and train comfortably without being uncomfortable from the cold and elements. Student athletes can focus on training and competition rather than concentrating on blocking out the cold and the elements while they train and compete. This will enhance the availability of the student athlete during training and competition as well as their availability in the classroom. The studies show that their is positive correlation in students who participate in extra-circular activities and finishing high school and going to college.
