By receiving the items on my list the students will be able to improve their reading skills by using the tablets on a daily basis in addition to our classroom computers. The students will also be provided with every day materials such as erasers or partitions to hide their work from others. The students will be given the opportunity to improve on their reading skills and be creative as they create their own work privately using the partitions. My students are extremely competitive, using Lexia core 5 the students are able to earn units. We have weekly competitions as well as competitions with other classes on who can get the most units! By obtaining more units the students are increasing their ability to read! This is fun and exciting for students!
