Throughout the beginning of this year, my students and I have been focusing on learning who we are and what makes us who we are. We have discussed how we learn, how our past has effected us, and now how our character is the presentation of ourselves that people see. I would like to wrap these lessons up with a self portrait in which the students create an art project that shows the person they show the world and the person they really are. These lessons focus on grooming the affective domain of development while allowing the students to think, become more informed about themselves, and to create.
