The art prints will motivate and inspire students and spark discussions for language arts lessons. The flags will remind students of their OWN backgrounds and how all of us are connected. Having flags from my students' home countries displayed will validate and honor their personal heritage as well as help them to learn more about their classmates. The globe will bring the world to life in our classroom. We will be able to use it to find the locations of places we are studying in social studies as well as the locations of places we encounter during our literature study.
