How exciting is learning hands on, with no limitations and a whole lot of creativity, no wrongs...only improvements, and lots of fun and collaboration among peers? It is almost as exciting as seeing a classroom full of students enthusiastic about learning! These materials will allow my students, who have limited resources and opportunities, to explore real world problems, be creative thinkers, and problem solve solutions with unlimited boundaries. All of these materials were chosen with our district standards in mind. They meet the 2nd-5th grade STEM and science curriculum and will enhance knowledge and critical thinking skills needed for our 5th graders to be successful on their FASA Science test. By having the following materials for my students, learning will be fun, engaging, and memorable. The skills and understanding presented to them will allow them to continue to be successful in middle and high school, college, and adulthood.
