The materials I selected for this project focus on building on student's emotional well being. I hope to encourage learning by creating a safe and inviting classroom. The organizer drawers along with classroom procedures will give students confidence through knowing what's expected and I ho how to manage materials In order for students to learn, their needs have to be met. In our incredibly complex world, I see more and more students struggling with their feelings and emotions. My students need to be ready to learn, and I hope to provide more opportunities for students to connect to the curriculum. The books give students outlets for their emotions.
