There is one teacher on campus who has a color printer, but I don't feel right pestering her every time my students need to print out their writing in color. We want our own! We do so many amazing projects in my class, but unfortunately, when my students ask me to print in color, I have to tell them no because we do not have a color printer. Recently, we did a Spanish project where I integrated QR codes and the students could link to a video about their STEM topic. The artwork that accompanied the students' posters had to be colored in by hand, which is fine but wouldn't it be more efficient if my students had the ability to immediately print out the pictures themselves? Having this color printer in my class would be empowering for us.
