Having enough basketballs for the students to work on dribbling, passing, and shooting is essential for skill development. When we are able to carry out ball handling and shooting drills that include as many students as possible, our rate of improvement and growth goes up exponentially. Unfortunately, because we are a new program, we lack many of the necessities that more established athletic programs have been building for years. Fifteen more basketballs and three weighted balls will assist with a more inclusive practice and allow every participant to be involved with the various drills.

About my class
