The students in our unit have a variety of impairments such as intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities. By no fault of their own, there are many times the environment they are put in can overwhelm them in different ways. When this happens, our students require individualized attention specific to their needs. By donating to this project you will help provide a safe space separate from overstimulation allowing our students to help manage their gifts. Not only will this assist our students when in immediate need, it also helps the overall educational process for all the students in our unit.

About my class
