We are working on communication. These tablets will be a huge help in allowing my students to better communicate and learn. This is especially important for my non-verbal students, who try so desperately to be included in everything. It will be used for apps like "Niki Talk", "TOUCHCHAT" and "Proloquo2Go" so that simple requests like asking for a drink of water won't be difficult. Students in ASD classrooms need several breaks in between each task or assignment. The Nintendo 3DS with a game will be a big part of allowing my students to have an incentive after their hard work. It will also serve as a sensory break tool.
