I am requesting these 3D printers to introduce my students to a whole new world of possibilities. I want to teach them how to create, design and produce new artifacts with this new technology. I want to expose my Atlanta students to the fascinating world of 3D printing and explore with them all the new possibilities in art, new concepts and the future of printing. Art gives a world of infinite possibilities and technology plays an important role in this. I strongly believe that exposing my students to 3D experience will encourage them to use other concepts and subjects, such as math and technology, to develop a deeper sense of creativity in art.
