These resources will help us create an instrumental program for 4th and 5th graders. This program will encompass all four strands of music standards including Creating, Performing, Responding and Connecting. Specifically MU:Pr4.5.1 Sing and Play instruments to age appropriate literature. Our Kala Waterman Ukuleles are covid safe because they are made from plastic and can easily be disinfected between classes. Typically, the elementary grades learn the recorder but it is less covid-safe because students blow into them. The requested resources will supplement our new Ukulele program by providing safe storage of our instruments as well as a standard ukulele curriculum method book.
