The supplies I'm requesting will allow students at our Title I campus to participate in authentic project-based learning. With your help, the students in my classes will use the Chromebooks to create their own digital comics, research historical figures for our project on resilience, and complete the research necessary to do a mock archaeological dig. The students in my Graphic Novels class will appreciate the pens and paper for drawing comics, and the students in my anthropology class will utilize the art supplies to create artifacts to bury for a mock archaeological dig. I can't wait to see their faces as they use the tools of archaeology to dig up and attempt to interpret the artifacts their classmates have buried in the school's courtyard!
