We have curious minds, we love to explore and try new things, we are risk takers as we persevere through projects and we are goal orientated. We find ways to de stress in calming wats like yoga calm, me moves, dojo mindfulness, and in our zen corner. Weighted work buddies are used along with sequenced stuffed animals and wrist band animals to help us work through our day. We are inspired daily by our families, teachers, peers, and school community. We find different seating options to best fit our learning style and needs. Our hands on learning allows us to complete our understand and demonstrate a given task. We are free to discuss our thoughts when working on projects. In our classroom we are active, working, collaborating, and inspiring each other to reach our hopes and dreams.
