Many of our girl basketball players don't have basic equipment needed to play basketball. While we would love to get them everything they need, we realize that would cost about $200 per player. Many don't even have basketball knee pads, athletic shoes, bags, cold weather gear, as well as team training supplies for practice. Our goal is to get some basic items, including basketball knee pads, bags, and training gear for every girl, and a variety of sized shoes so that for those in greater need we can help out. We will continue to grow a giving program so that alumni or sports lovers can help our girls annually. While many of us take it for granted that we will have the equipment we need, that is not always true for many of our athletes. Please help if you can. Every little bit adds up.
