My students rotate between four rooms and I would like to strengthen their organization skills so they can exceeds all of our goals. We spend a large amount of time trying to find items in my room, because we have tables and do not have traditional desks for storage. The students when learning math will be able to keep Manipulatives notebooks right by them and can focus on learning at all times. For many students it’s distracting and time is lost while they try to find their items. This will allow for more hands on lessons where students can focus and not distract others. Organization is not about my students being perfect it is about decreasing stress and clutter so they are able to accomplish success in our classroom and far beyond.
