I have the privilege of providing reading intervention to fourth and fifth grade students in a school located in the heart of the central valley in California. Although all of my students are at least two years below grade level, they all are resilient readers. One of my favorite parts of teaching these students is seeing that spark ignited in each boy and girl as they achieve success and become passionate about reading.
