The students will be able to adjust use the new materials to run sound and lighting for our stage and theatre productions throughout the year. We like to run our productions from the incentive of being "Student Run". As we see it, if this is going to be their profession, then we are going to give them the best head start from the education level. Students will learn the ins and outs of live production from these materials and engage in hands on experience. We will be able to teach our students the professional standard of production these materials can help us achieve. It is time that we upgraded our materials out of the 1990s and into the 21st Century. The newest generation of "Techies" are ready! This project will give us much needed new LED lighting, new microphones, sound cables, set construction tools, and Gaffers tape so we can manage our productions with professional quality equipment.
