We will be using the materials to create a space where students can feel relaxed. It is important for students to feel that they are able to take charge in some aspects of their education and giving them a variety of seating arrangements will help in that aspect. The carpet will be used in a corner where students can sit on the floor with the sensory cushions that are already in the classroom and the bar stools will be placed with a high table. It's also important for students to have hands on projects, it can give them a more meaningful connection to the topics that they learn in math. The hands on projects will help them visualize the concepts that they are learning in class and give them real life examples on how to implement the skills that they have learned.
