The Drunk Vision Goggles will help students better understand and actually simulate what it is like to be under the influence, before they find themselves in these situations. The students will not only see what someone under the influence sees, but they may feel some temporary effects while trying to complete some everyday tasks while wearing the goggles. This activity will make the students think twice, especially since I am teaching freshmen who are preparing to get their licences in about a year. This is a great reflective lesson for the students that puts adult substances into perspective without encountering the dangers and negative consequences.
