We hope that our students will be more engaged in their learning when they see the updated classroom selections. We hope to build the vocabulary of our students. If we have more novels in our classroom, we could sign out more books so they can read at home. Some students are hesitant about taking books home because they don’t want to lose them. We also hope to instill a love of reading back into our kids. Students just need to read for pleasure. We hope this helps our students become more active participants in our classroom.
