The visual supports, that a pictured book provides, help my students expand their vocabulary and language. The materials that I have selected will benefit my students' speech, language and communication abilities. These books are highly motivating and engaging with the age group of students that I work with. My students are excited to look at new stimulating books and activities at every session. As my first year in a school setting, I want to provide my students with the appropriate supports to achieve their goals. These visual supports, engaging books and activities help to facilitate more communication that carries over to every aspect of their lives.
