Let's Find Out, a kid friendly newspaper brings the world to our door! It presents current events and topics and embeds Social Studies, Science, Reading, Writing and Mathematics within its themes. Let's Find Out magazine will be used to supplement our Social Studies curriculum. There are also great opportunities to use its themes as Writing prompts and as a basis for problem solving in Mathematics. In addition to individual copies of the Let's Find Out magazine, there is an engaging on-line component which can be accessed through the computer and shown on the Smart Board. Students keep their individual copies of this weekly magazine and can continue practicing reading it at home and to family members.
