This printer is for myself and my colleague to put in our pod so that we may print our Special Education Information like IEPs and Behavior Management plans in privacy without the knowledge of other people knowing. Especially since this is a law. At this time our district is unable to provide a printer due to no budget, for our POD and we print to the main office using one of the main copy machines that are all in the view of all who use that machine. With the HP Printer All-In-One printer, we can print IEP documents with sensitive information about our Special Education Students and not worry about others seeing the information. With using the All-IN-One we can help our parents so that when a parent shows up for a meeting we are able to copy the information they bring in to help with providing services to their child without us having to make them wait while we walk all the way to the office and delay our meeting. It also allows us to print information for teachers, provide data in a timely manner, and help us be able to print documents that we may need for the students in our groups when we are working with them for a very short amount of time.
