Education Is changing all the time and so are my students. Students in my class love to read about heroes and villains as well as humorous text. Students who read graphic novels find reading fun and not so much of a task. Comic books are less intimidating than a typical book and breaks up text with pictures. They are a gateway for reluctant readers to gain important reading skills. I am excited to be able to provide exposure to text that will be exciting and hold their interest as well as give them opportunity to guide their own discussions through literary circles.
