A standing desk, rockers, and floor seats will help kids focus without having to sit for longer periods of time. Flexible bands give kids that extra bounce without distracting students around them. I have one floor desk and the kids love it! These furniture pieces will give the students an extra choice. From the mouths of third graders: "It's so awesome to get to pick something different besides a chair! They're so comfortable! It's the best! I love the floor desk because it's so much more fun and comfortable than a boring chair!" Students learn more when they have a choice in their environment. Flexible seating has been proven to have a variety of benefits for students and teachers. I'm excited to give the students more options!
