Throughout the day, my students come to the carpet and I will use brightly colored markers to write on this sticky paper. We seem to use multiple sheets of paper daily in my exciting math lessons, in which we are counting chorally, counting collections, answering number stems and finding various ways to represent numbers! The students are so excited and refer to the poster on the wall after the lesson, when they work indepedently. Also, we use the chart paper in our phonics, spelling, writing, and reading lessons. Having a ready supply of just basic paper is so crucial to communicating successfully with the children!
