By having an Elmo projector in our classroom, the students will be able to see the book from wherever they sit in our classroom and be able to engage with the text. They will be able to recognize how an author writes their book and how an illustrator draws their pictures. We can also look at student work under the camera to celebrate good reading and writing. The Elmo projector also gives students a chance to be the teacher by showing what they have learned in either reading, math or writing under the projector. Students love to be the teacher!
