Everyday my students meet in small groups to work on speech, language, and social skills. Each of these materials will help increase vocabulary as well as turn taking and attending to tasks. In addition, our little ones will be so excited to get their hands inside the adorable mystery boxes ands find out what's inside. Students will feel and explore different sensory objects for example, a pretty butterfly with crinkly wings and a cute lion with a corduroy coat. As the children explore, they increase tactile awareness, vocabulary, memory, and communication skills. The magnetic rods will allow my students plenty of practice with early language skills. By sorting different objects into categories.
