The classroom rug is the place where we hold our morning meeting, whole group instruction, and read alouds. Primary students spend a majority of the instructional day on the classroom rug. My current classroom was not in the best condition. Inevitably, rugs in a primary classroom become dirty with stains, spills and mud. While our custodial team does its best to keep our building clean, the older a rug gets, the harder it is to keep it clean. Well now my rug has completely shredded. Please help me give my students a quality classroom rug for this upcoming school year.
